All products sold by us are new, and have the longest expiry date available. Products which we sell are manufactured in the same factories, with the same ingredients as those sold under the same name in the USA and Canada. To keep costs low, products are sourced from all over the world including Australia, England, Canada and South Africa. This means that the packaging may be slightly different to that available in stores in North America. For example, weights and measurements may be in metric. However all instructions for use and safety notices are written in English and all products are sourced from authorised dealers holding all necessary licenses and certifications in their home country.
We stand behind the products we sell. We guarantee that the product you will receive will be the product you ordered (no counterfeits or substitutions!) and will arrive in good useable condition within 30 days of placing your order (conditions and exclusions apply). For OTC products, we will even give you a refund if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the product before you use it (product must be returned un-opened and in saleable condition ). We guarantee prompt delivery. Your order will be filled within 2 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you by email. Most of our orders arrive in 10 to 15 days, however in some rare circumstances, some orders can take longer . Please remember delivery times vary and will depend on factors such as your location, holidays and weather. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of order, please contact our call center.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of you placing your order*, we will refund or reship your order (unless one of the exclusions below apply).
