All products sold by us are new, and have the longest expiry date available. Products which we sell are manufactured in the same factories, with the same ingredients as those sold under the same name in the USA and Canada. To keep costs low, products are sourced from all over the world including Australia, England, Canada and South Africa. This means that the packaging may be slightly different to that available in stores in North America. For example, weights and measurements may be in metric. However all instructions for use and safety notices are written in English and all products are sourced from authorised dealers holding all necessary licenses and certifications in their home country.
We stand behind the products we sell. We guarantee that the product you will receive will be the product you ordered (no counterfeits or substitutions!) and will arrive in good useable condition. For OTC products, we will even give you a refund if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the product before you use it (product must be returned un-opened and in saleable condition ). Please note, we are not responsible for delivery issues where a customer gives us incorrect or incomplete address details or if your order is stopped and destroyed, delayed or returned by any government authority and will not give any refund for orders which are lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced once delivered to your address.
Because we operate over the internet we offer great savings. Most of our products are between 30 and 60 percent less than the recommended retail price in the USA and postage, handling and full insurance on orders over US$98.00 are absolutely free, no matter what size your order!

Your order will be filled within 3 working days whenever possible. If, for some reason outside our control, we can't dispatch your order within 5 working days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, cancel and refund your order.
We are unable to guarantee actual delivery times as this depends on a number of factors including the amount of mail the post office has to process at the time and whether or not you live in a metropolitan area and of course, Covid 19 restrictions have also had a huge impact on delivery times.

In the unlikely event that the delivery company advises that your order is lost in transit, or arrives damaged or broken please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped or a full refund.
