In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we ship via DHL which uses USPS for final "to your postbox" delivery and Fedex.
Unfortunately we are aware that some customers have an address which is not considered serviceable by USPS. This can happen for various reasons such as because you are in a new build that hasn't been inputted in to the USPS database yet, or because your post box is behind a locked door or gate. If you are not certain if your address is serviceable by USPS you can use this USPS lookup tool.
If your address doesn't show in the USPS database or your post box is located behind a locked gate or door you should contact your local post office, use an alternative address or consider selecting the Fedex Express Option. Fedex Express is only available to street addresses and does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Due to operational constraints, we are unable to offer Fedex Express to addresses in Guam, Puerto Rico or other addresses outside of the USA. We are not responsible for non-delivery if your address is not USPS or Fedex serviceable.
